At Carvago it is possible to rent a car from the age of 18, provided you have a valid driver’s license. Up to the age of 23, there is a surcharge. The amount of the surcharge depends on your age. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
At Carvago, this is possible! Upon arrival, you can designate several people as drivers. This way not only the main driver is insured, but also a second and third driver. However, it is important that the additional driver also accepts and signs the terms and conditions. More about this will be told upon arrival.
All Carvago cars are standard All Risk insured. This insurance covers damage to the vehicle, as long as the cause falls within our terms and conditions. The excess for the All Risk coverage is USD 1,000.00, but can be bought out for only USD 18.00 / EUR 15.00 per day.
It is possible to have the rental car delivered to your location. Just let us know your location when booking and we will arrange for the rental car to be delivered and picked up at the agreed day and time. Use the pick-up and drop-off service? Please contact us.

At Carvago it is possible to pay via iDeal, PayPal, Credit Card or Wire Transfer. It is also possible to pay on location, but for this we charge a surcharge of 5% when paying with a Visa, Master or Credit Card.

Changing your reservation is possible up to 48 hours before the start of the reservation.
Canceling your reservation is possible up to 72 hours before the start of the reservation.

At Carvago you rent a car with unlimited free mileage. This means that there is no extra charge for the number of kilometers driven during the rental period. The rental car is handed over with a full tank and we expect the rental car to return with a full tank as well, but you are free to decide what distance you travel with the rental car.
Smoking is not allowed in Carvago rental cars. If it turns out that you did smoke in the car, we will charge a fine. The car will have to be completely cleaned and the costs for this cleaning will be recovered from the renter.
