I am 18 years old. Can I rent a car?

At Carvago it is possible to rent a car from the age of 18, provided you have a valid driver’s license. Up to the age of 23, there is a surcharge. The amount of the surcharge depends on your age. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

Can I pass on an additional driver?

At Carvago, this is possible! Upon arrival, you can designate several people as drivers. This way not only the main driver is insured, but also a second and third driver. However, it is important that the additional driver also accepts and signs the terms and conditions. More about this will be told upon arrival.

How is my rental car insured?

Carvago cars are provided with third-party insurance. This Third Party Liability insurance only covers damage to third parties. If you wish to take out insurance that also provides coverage for yourself and/or your party, this is possible at an additional cost.

How does the pick-up and drop-off service work?

It is possible to have the rental car delivered to your location. Just let us know your location when booking and we will arrange for the rental car to be delivered and picked up at the agreed day and time. Use the pick-up and drop-off service? Please contact us.
